General Purpose Cement
A Cement Australia product that fully complies with the requirements for Type GP cement in Australian Standard AS3972 – General purpose and blended cements.
Rapid Set Cement
Rapid Set Cement is manufactured using cement, sand, specialist additives and aggregates and is formulated to harden rapidly without mixing.
Concrete Mix
A blend of cement, aggregate and sand, designed for use in projects where a quality concrete is required. Ideal for garden edges, mower strips, paths, garden slabs, foundations, footings, posts and uprights for pergolas and decks.
Mortar Mix
A carefully selected and proportioned blend of graded sand, cement and hydrated lime. Mortar Mix is suitable for the laying of bricks, masonry blocks and stonework. In addition, Mortar Mix is suitable for general-purpose mortar applications.
Pave Set
A blend of carefully selected sand and gelling agents suitable for filling narrow gaps between pavers, blocks and bricks. Ideal for use in driveways, footpaths, patios and areas of high traffic. Helps inhibit weeds and insect infestation.
Lime
Ideal for enhancing bond strength and workability in cement mortars.
Blended Pine
A combination of pine bark and forest brown mulch. The benefit of having the two products mixed is that you can still use the much loved pine bark with the colour remaining for a longer period.
Ungraded Pine
A mulch suitable for garden beds and will assist in increasing moisture retention.
Fine Eucy
A combination of wood materials which have been tub-ground and organic matter. Eucy Mulch is dark in appearance and gives a great natural organic look to all garden beds.
Dyed Black
Recycled mulch made entirely from wood waste diverted from landfill. Ideal for on top of garden beds to retain moisture.

Softfall
A certified playground undersurface material. It is a cushioning mulch, completely free of sharp materials and designed specifically for playgrounds. Made from 100% pine plantation pine chips, it is completely sustainable and the preferred choice for playground installers.
Leaf Mulch
A raw chipped material including trunk, branch and leaf matter. Excellent for the natural look in native gardens.
Organic Sugar Cane Mulch
Organically certified product, renewable and sustainable resource from sugar cane waste compressed in bales for easy transport, knits on the ground therefore lasts longer than some other mulch materials. Improves moisture penetration and retention, increases nitrogen draw-down.
Pine Bark 6-10mm
Fine chocolate brown premium graded pine bark, suitable for cottage gardens.
Cow Compost
Good for adding to soil.
Mushroom Compost
Suitable for vegetable gardens.
Organic Compost
Great for increasing the level of organic matter in the soil, which in turn improves moisture retention, reduces soil erosion and gives slow release of nutrients into the soil.
The organic compost used by Tannery Lane Sand and Soil is a recycled product and may contain traces of contamination. This product is also used in our soils, therefore there is a remote possibility of a small amount contamination in our soils. As we do not process the organic compost we will not accept liability for any contaminants which may be found in any of our products.
All Soils are blended to a high standard on site and have been tested and conform Australian Standards AS 4419 and carry AS certification.
Vegie Mix
Premium blended mix of equal parts sandy loam, organic compost, mushroom compost and cow manure specifically for Vegies and ornamental plants.
Native / Lawn Mix
Premium blend mix of sandy loam, organic compost and cow manure. Ideal for native plants, sowing lawn seed, under turf or as a general garden soil.
Sandy Loam
A loam suitable for topdressing existing lawn areas.
